Classes start 9 July, every Wed 6:30pm + Sat 8:30am. Each class is 1h long
East Coast Park (location to be shared after booking).
Sessions will proceed rain or shine, using nearby shelters if needed.
In the event of extreme or unsuitable weather (e.g. heavy thunderstorms), sessions will be rescheduled.

Foundations: Core movements and practices for grounding, strength, and freedom. Curriculum adapts to those who sign up. You may drop-in or join all 4 weeks.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking. No refunds available, unless Ida discontinues the sessions.
Sessions will proceed rain or shine, using nearby shelters if needed. In the event of extreme or unsuitable weather (e.g. heavy thunderstorms), sessions will be rescheduled.
Clients may reschedule their booking with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the full session being forfeited.
Clients may join up to 30 minutes late. After that, entry may not be permitted to maintain safety and flow. No extensions or make-ups will be given for late arrivals.
Exceptions for emergencies may be granted at Ida’s discretion.
Session validity period:
Single group class: 4 weeks from purchase
4 and 8-class pack: valid for 2 months from first class, which must be attended within 2 weeks of payment
Expiry date extensions may be requested case-by-case and may incur a fee.
Ida is not a licensed medical professional. Sessions are for personal growth and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Clients are responsible for their well-being during and after sessions and should consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
