Rescheduling, Cancellations, No-Shows and Lateness

Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made within 24 hours or no-shows result in full session being forfeited.
If client is more than 30 minutes late, session will not proceed and be fully forfeited.
If client is less than 30 minutes late, session will proceed but end at original end time.
Exceptions to above for emergencies may be granted at Ida’s discretion.

Payment, Refunds, Expiry

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Refunds are only available if Ida discontinues the sessions.
For longer-term mentorship journeys, sessions must start within 2-weeks of the payment date.
Sessions must be used by the specified expiry date below:
- Single sessions: 2 months from payment date
- Path of the Heart: 6 weeks from start date
- My Sacred Body: 3 months from start date
- Garden of Life: 4 weeks from start date
- Movement Medicine (6, 12, 24-session package): 3 months from start date
Expiry date extensions may be requested case-by-case and may incur a fee.
