To express, we must listen. Without listening, how do we know what wants to be expressed? In deep presence, we contact the fullness of this very moment.
With space created, our truthful expression emerges naturally from within, without force required. In this moment, all is as it should be. With radical acceptance, transformation comes more easefully.

Beauty is truth. Beauty is authentic. Beauty is unconditional. Beauty is raw. Beauty is an undestroyable essence, innate in all of creation. What does beauty mean to you?

Fear is not a thing to get rid of or avoid. Fear is not a sign of failure, but a potential for growth. Fear is a portal of transformation to move through.
Learning to honour the wisdom of our fears, but not be ruled by them allows our full expression to live. As we learn to lovingly hold our fears, we tap into the endless resource of our heart to guide us.

Ultimately, our expression comes from beyond us. We are simply chosen as divine channels for sacred creation to move through. In emptying ourselves, we become an instrument for the voice of the divine.
As we step out of the way, allow ourselves to be breathed... surrender ourselves to be sung... offer ourselves to be invoked... instead of only being the breather, the singer, the invoker, we allow life to expand beyond the limits of what our mind could ever imagine.
A Note from Your Guide
Hi! I’m Ida. I’m an artist and healer devoted to wholehearted ways of living.
Authentic expression is so precious to me because it never came naturally for me. It is my biggest gift now, because it has been my biggest struggle.
Most of my life, I struggled with my voice. I know what it is to feel stuck, silenced, suppressed, terrified to be seen. I know what it feels like to be bursting with so much to say, but to not know any other way than to hold it inside and hide. I know what it is to experience a lifetime of being hidden, rejected, criticised… most of all from myself.
I also know what it is to overcome all of that by moving directly through the healing fire of it. I know what it feels like to carry the shame and fear of rejection, yet still show the world who I am anyway. I know what it is to re-remember the beauty, radiance and power that was always inherent in my being. I have seen my life magically transform before my eyes, as I began to sing again.
My own voice healed me.
As my throat opened, my heart followed.
In reclaiming my voice, I reclaimed my power.
When I recovered my voice, I recovered my life.
