Each session is intuitively guided and will include a variety of practices for holistic well-being. Modalities may include meditation, pranayama, yoga asana, strength and conditioning exercises, done with minimal equipment.

Each session’s physical practice will be aligned with a central heart-centred theme to guide us within the session, and into life itself. We may also include moments for sharing and witnessing, fostering community support and deeper reflection.

A dedicated movement practice teaches us to cultivate mastery over our inner fire — the vital energy that fuels our being —while remaining attuned to our body’s unique needs in each moment.

To become a master of our inner fire is to become a master of all the elements - earth, water, air, space.

Earth, to ground and nourish us, keeping our fire steady.
Water, to cool and keep us fluid, so we don’t burn out.
Air, to fuel our fire with intention.
Space, to hold us as we expand.
